It's been years since I've had the privilege of chatting with Kevyn, practically since our days of trudging through the Southeastern Ohio hills. However, having just learned of all she's going through, I'm heartened in reading of all the love and support she's getting. I'm sure that today, as much of the nation thinks about all that Minneapolis is going through today, Kevyn is leading the charge for clarity of thought, concern, and support for the thousands who are directly affected by the I-35 bridge tragedy. Whether in person or on the air, she's always been a joy to know and love.

We here in Minneapolis, after watching Kevyn for so many years on various news stations and now listening to her special radio show on fm107, expected no less from Kevyn. She was always a breath of fresh air in her newscasts, as she was and is in her radio program. Like your Best Friend, your Sister, your Mom, your Favorite Anybody, as well as the most challenging person in your life because she makes you think. Her show is not mindless drivel but rather food for thought - sometimes difficult to hear as she approaches some difficult topics - all for our own good and to make us think. Whether she realizes it or no. I've never met Kevyn in person but feel like I've known her forever.
