I have Issue #9 of kilobaud from September 1977.   Where are my earlier issues?

I have Byte Volume 2, Number 4 from April 1977.  Where are my earlier issues?
It includes, Having a &quot;Private Affair&quot; with Your Computer!!!
It includes, Designing the &quot;Tiny Assembler&quot;.
It also has a Nucleus article on, A Nybble on the Apple.   The Apple-II, which is to be introduced in April at the West Coast computer Faire in San Francisco, may be the first product to qualify  as the &quot;appliance computer&quot;...

(I purchased one of those Apple-II beasts in February, 1979.)
