Infrastructure.

Seems like we have spent a fair amount of time and money on infrastructure repairs around here. And I guess that’s a thing ya gotta do every so often, because water heaters wear out and storms attack trees in the back yard. And we’ve replaced some truck tires and garbage disposals and, well, stuff like that.
So now, do we sit back, happy, with empty to-do lists? You know better than that. I don’t think we’ve ever quite cleaned off our to-do list. There’s always something. But in general, things work pretty well around here. The internet is fast and persistent. The computers play well with each other and with the other computer-like devices in our home. The stacks of books on our shelves are, for the most part, dusted off. The refrigerator is loaded with stuff for meals in advance of the weekend.
So maybe I do sit back, happy.
