Whenever I capture images from the video camera after a trip up north, it almost seems to me as if I’m looking at scenes of someone else’s summer vacation. Multiple generations of happy Americans, grilling out by the lake, driving through the woods, listening to music and swimming and…well, it’s a lot more Norman Rockwell than I had anticipated. But then on the other hand, it’s hard to see mosquitos and black flies at this resolution…
